Every community where PS Food Mart does business is our "Hometown", and we are committed to helping fight local hunger. In 2010, we created the PS Food Mart Charities fund through the Homer Area Community Foundation.  Our annual "Fight Hunger Give Hope" fundraising campaign takes place in March. The campaign has enabled PS Food Mart Charities to provide financial support to the South Central MI Food Bank and numerous local food pantries and school weekend backpack programs.  The "Fight Hunger Give Hope" campaign has raised over $1.2 million to date. We want our customers and community members to know that every dollar of the money we raise during our campaign goes directly to help fight local hunger. We believe that no one should have to worry about where their next meal will come from, which is why we are committed to the "Fight Hunger Give Hope" campaign.

In addition to the "Fight Hunger Give Hope" campaign, we also hold an annual Pop Tart campaign in October. Through this campaign and the support of our generous customers, we have been able to donate more than 1.3 Million Pop Tarts to local Food Pantries and School Backpack programs.
